The manager at this Walgreens is excellent. Every time I've been in this store she has always related to customers in a professional, respectful, and extremely polite fashion. Tonight the young man Casmin made me think I was at Chick fil a. He was very respectful and professional in the way he engaged me when I was at the register much like Isaiah who is another associate I am impressed with. Sorry to hear this store is closing.
There to refill prescriptions. One was a low dose aspirin. I have been getting the same yellow pill with a raised heart on it. This time I got a pink pill with an L on it. Okay, let me call the pharmacy. 15 minutes on hold and the call hangs up on me. Called back and after another 10 minutes on hold someone answers. They tell me I got another manufacturer pill, pink with an L. It would have been nice if they told me at the counter since the paperwork didn't match the pill. Not a fan. Wouldn’t call hospital to get clearance over phone because they said no one ever answered. Oddly enough I got an answer and a new script. Then had to drive back to drop it off and wait in their horrible line to pick it up. Horrible.
