Waiting in line for over 15 minutes with no acknowledgment from the pharmacy staff is unacceptable. The pharmacy tech didn’t greet or address any of the customers waiting, and there was no sense of urgency to assist us. It felt as though our time simply wasn’t valued. Professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way, but sadly, this pharmacy’s customer service department showed neither.
Excellent pharmacy, the staff is very nice
Went to get my covid shot and I asked for the lot number and the lady gave me an ugly attitude.
I got my free flue shot, friendly staff....not too happy with wait time though.
