One of the better locations , and I have used many over the years.
I have been going to this Walgreens for several years but this morning's engagement with the staff was disheartening. The interaction was cold, heartless and condescending. I will not be going to this location again.
I have used a different Walgreens pharmacy for the past 4+ years and am switching to the Old Orchard Road location. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and FRIENDLY! The store is immaculate and well-organized. I don’t know why I tolerated the poor service and cranky staff at the other location.
Nice Walgreens but pretty much guaranteed a 20 minute wait, if you’re lucky.
