This place is slow and they just don’t know what they are doing
I called Walgreens on Enota tonight, asked if there was a sale on 4x6 prints. miss kirsten said "I did not know! go online and look !" That don't fly. Considering I have to pass CVS to get to Walgreens. If Walgreens employee doesn't care enough to look in the sales paper, help out a customer. Why should I shop there? Oh yeah CVS said thank you Walgreens for sending them a customer. !! While read other reviews I noticed Walgreens does not bother to reply back. No wonder the employee act in such a way.
Terrible service. Rude employees. They've lost my prescription once. Another time claimed to not have my daughter in the system. I continually run into issues with this location and will have to find one that's more reliable. Hard to believe that they're right next to the hospital.
Why do I keep coming here knowing I am going to feel like I am the worst customer of the day, like they have better things to do than fill my prescription. I'm done, never again.
Hands down the rudest pharmacist i have ever "spoken" to. Couldnt understand what the issue was, and the only advice he gave me was to call my insurance company. Never had this issue at CVS. Then as i am on the phone with my insurance company, he yells over at me "so what are you going to do?" I asked my insurance company rep to hold on, and before i could reply to him, he walks off?? Nice customer service there. Will not waste my time again.
