I’ve been ill for over a week, Needed to pick up antibiotics, pharmacy asks for my number and tells me they’ll text me when the prescription is ready for pick up. Nothing. I call, to find they didn’t have the right number on file. Why should I have to go out of my way to ensure you have the right information & that my medication is ready because you can’t do your job correctly? How can you be responsible for others ppl health when your team isn’t responsible enough to communicate between yourselves? Pathetic.
