Had a Rx transferred to this location on 6/6/17 for 120 tabs and of course they have shorted my medication by 40+ pills AND it's my default for. It counting them. I'm pretty sure that's the pharmacists job. Please do not leave this location without double checking your meds. They answer was we counted twice so we are right and won't do anything about it.
Well I drop off a prescription today and was told it will be ready in about 45 minutes so me and my 4 year old go to Kroger and shop, a hour passes and I call and the girl said well it can take up to 24 hours! Really! I said let me talk to someone in charge so a man said it will be ready in 20 minutes, I'm going on 3 hours now so I call back and now their system is updating! I left CVS for less than this I guess I need to go elsewhere!
The absolute WORST Walgreens or Pharmacy I have ever been to. Customer service is horrible. Employees are rude and never helpful. We moved to Rockwall from another location in the Dallas metroplex where Walgreens went above and beyond exceptional service. We had hoped to receive even half of the service we had recently bed before. BUT NO - we have been terribly disappointed.
