Today was the last time I will ever go to Walgreens. For starters they close for lunch I assume and dont even leave a message outside as to when they reopen. Then after waiting 20 minutes I ask for my prescription that was called in 4 hours ago and the guy says this isn’t urgent is it, cause you’ll have to wait until Monday if not. I asked why, are you out of the medication? He said no they just didn’t get to it and won’t because it’s not urgent. Just stopped by to use the restroom, but from what I saw it looks like your typical Walgreens. They have Halloween stuff out already which is always a plus ➕️ in my book
Pharmacy window poorly staffed. Inattentive in pharmacy.
Sojan is amazing as always. Impeccable customer service and attention to detail as always. Will now drive 30 minutes further to this Walgreens to ensure quality of service. Walgreens is so fortunate to have him and pray he is recognized for his excellence! I switched pharmacies from Londonderry Walgreens to Rite Aid and will now switch back knowing all my family's' medications will be correct and timely once again. TY again for being you Sojan
