RecommendedApril, one of the Pharmacy Techs, just helped me with a complicated insurance issue. Very polite, capable and patient! Great customer service!
Absolutely the WORST!! Incredibly long wait times. I have been fed lie after lie by them. I have been given the wrong medication after it was put in my chart SEVERAL times that I am allergic. They are super understaffed leaving what little staff they have tired, very very rude and completely incompetent! Sadly, having a bad neck and back injury I am forced to deal with these idiots every month, and each month they seem to out do themselves with how incompetent they are every time I interact with them. Stay away!!!!
