This is a poorly run pharmacy. Unbelievable. My 82 year old mom had an appointment for covid booster and flu shot at 2:15. We arrived at 2:10 and I tried to check in. The pharmacist was three feet away from the window where I was standing staring at her and she never looked at me once. She put her headset on and off to answer four phone calls, and just as I was about to say something, a technician came over.
