I get my prescriptions here.. and boy let me tell you. It's ALWAYS A HUGE HASSLE. What should take me 30 minutes or less. Takes me over an hour. Like people don't have anything else to do with their lives. I know it's not the customer service reps. It's the computers that are slow as hell. I hope they will do something about it or I will have to find another pharmacy to go to.
Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Constantly out of a maintenance med that I refill monthly and is lackadaisical on my fill requests. Transferring to another pharmacy based on this last incident where they claimed that my doctor only requested a 9 month refill and then stated that the doc never responded to the refill request. According to my doc, wrong on both accounts. My doc had to send in the refill request twice before the pharmacy decided to refill, then the pharmacy told me they were out of stock of the med I requested. H... read more
