RecommendedMy kids and I stopped in around 5:30 in the morning to grab something and get something to drink before I headed to work. I get a little bit of food stamps and im in between checks and my EBT card all the sudden has a chip in it so it won't read, so I tell this amazing cashier that we can just take those off and instead of doing that she has her manager bring her own debit card out and pays for it for us. took my daughter down to Walgreens to get our flu shot and service was excellent. they took down our information and got us in and out vary quick. Vary happy with the staff there
This has been the WORST place to fill prescriptions. I have been trying to get my prescription transferred since 12/13. It is now the evening of the 14th. It took 3 times contacting the pharmacy for them to actually get it right and fill it. Then I get a text that my prescription is ready. When I go in there, I had to wait in line for 20 minutes. I get up to the counter and the gentleman CANT FIND MY PRESCRIPTION! He didn’t say anything at all to me about it, he just started checking with others that were waiting, and wander... read more
If you can't fill new prescriptions because your printer is down, how about a sign, or something that indicates that so people standing in line after a trip to the ER know up front instead of standing in line for 15 minutes before finding out.
The staff in the pharmacy and in the front of the store are all just amazing and super friendly!!!
Worst pharmacy customer service ever! We are done going there not only for our pharmaceutical, but for everyday supplies. What takes the cake was when we tried to have the new pharmacy transfer our prescriptions for our premature son the Walgreens rep placed them on hold numerous times and hung up on them. That is not how you handle customers and we are furious!
