Pharmacy is a joke. Opened years ago with adequate, friendly staff that knew customers by name. They were committed to the community offering 365/24/7 pharmacy care. Just made trip to get antibiotic for a post-flu child and two routine meds, and pharmacy is closed! Not the same.
We've not been happy since Rite Aid closed and our prescriptions were transferred across the street to Walgreens. My dad stopped in tonight to pick up his prescription and even though the pharmacy worker saw him standing there, she never attempted to wait on him, even though there was no one else in line in the store or the drive through!!!! He finally gave up and left. We will be transferring our prescription to Public first thing tomorrow!!!
I just waited a full 5 min before someone even acknowledged me at the drive up window AFTER I had to ring the call button. What's worse is that I could SEE a woman through the window go about her business until she finally picked up the phone to tell me someone would be with me in a minute, never even looking in my direction. This is not the first time this has happened, but its the last time it will happen to me. Your pharmacy employees need a customer service course...desperately.
