Walgreens in converse at 78 and Crestway is awful. Horrible pharmacy. Rude service. They never work with you. Latest example: My daughter has trouble taking medicine and her doctor told us that the amoxicillin she would take would be bubble gum flavored. When we arrived to pick it up we were told that it was not and we would have to pay for it. My concern is it is already flavored something else and would not taste like bubble gum. great customer service and courteous when checking me out.
The pharmacy staff told me it would take 20 minutes for my ear drops. I waited in the store for 1 and 1/2 hours just to be told they were out of my medication and then they had trouble finding my original prescription to return it to me.
