I am visiting from out of town and the pharmacy department was so RUDE. I called to see if my prescription was ready for pickup and the lady over the phone said yes but my insurance was not covering it. I informed her that I know I’m paying out of pocket and that I have a coupon through GoodRX. She then proceeds not to even ask for my coupon info but puts in their own coupon and says my medication is $500! THE WORST! I will be switching to a different pharmacy. I was hung up on twice and then person answered and kept snapping at me for my information and when I responded back in same tone she hung up on my again. I then called back and spoke to someone sweet and she put me on hold and then someone else got on the phone and actually yelled at me and I asked if she was the pharmacist and she yelled yes! The pharmacist technician has the nastiest attitude like someone is bothering her. She looks disgusted with her job. She makes Walgreens look bad. Maybe she needs a different profession cause clearly the one she signed up for isn’t it. Very unprofessional and all that eye rolling she needs to be removed fired and replaced! Sweetheart find a new job ASAP
Anytime we come here we always have to wait, they tell us to come back and the communication is consistently horrible and we’ve had to drive out of our way to get medicine, avoid this place if possible.
This is a very slow Walgreens pharmacy compared to other locations. I need to be ready to wait for at least 20-30 minutes every time I visit. When I call, I am on hold on the phone for 30 minutes and get disconnected. I call again several times, and this repeats.
