Went in to get the scrip refill I was promised would be ready yesterday at 10. It turns out the med is now on the restricted list and they faxed the doctor for a renewal. But did they bother telling me? Nooooo. Customer service there today really stunk.
Got shorted on my meds. Supposed to have 30 and only have 15. Nice job. Now I have to go back tomorrow to tell you all you shorted me. Makes me wonder if I should count the one that is supposed to have 90 to see if it actually does or not and my 60 if it is correct.
I live 3 miles from this location and USED to use it but stopped. Today, feeling so bad I've considered calling 911, I called asking a pharmacist member if they would walk over to the shelf and get me an over the counter and I go through the drive thru to get it. The associate put me on hold then came back looking ONLINE for the items and picked the most expensive item. I asked don't you have your brand I need the cheaper one. Needed that 24 hour service after a tough root canal. The pharmacist was very quick and helpful!
A shout out to Jason in the photo lab for calling (twice because my voice mail is full). He let me know I only received half of my 300 picture order. The staff are always helpful but this made my day.
