Just filed complaint w/ State board & Walgreens Corp. Had disgruntled pharmacist flag my debit card as "high risk" for fraud because of argument over much needed refill for 95 yr old! Took 2 weeks for the last one- didn't get this one because of unethical, fraudulent, lazy employee. Female, stocky build, long dark hair tied back in pony tail- not asian- in the drive thru at 12:04 pm today! Store Mgrs refused to help.
Walgreens will not fill my prescription cause I don't have insurance! They said they don't take cash patients! I said I'll pay with debit card! They said no insurance no prescription!
