Just awful customer experience. If you are 5th in line expect it to take 10 minutes to get the chance to speak to someone. If you waited too many days to pick up your prescription, they put it back in their inventory, forcing you to wait for them to re-do the prescription. When they say it will be 5-10 minutes, there is no alert system on their side to let the staff know when prescription is ready, so my elderly mother had to sit in a low oxygen waiting area for 30 minutes before she went to the counter to ask how much longe... read more

I had stopped using this Walgreens pharmacy since early 2023 because they were always so darn slow. Waits were always very very long. I recently stopped by this Walgreens to buy a shaving cream and was convinced by the cashier to give the pharmacy a try (getting flu shot). I was told it would be very quick (I had told them I did not have too much time). They have improved but still quite slow compared to the CostCo I have been going to. closed at 2:30am, drive farther if you absolutely need albuterol. The front desk says lunch break until 3am, even though it says break is from 1:30-2am.
