the pharmacist staff can not understand the information contained in a package insert. They continually choose to reinterpret the information to support their own point of view. heaven forbid if they were to acknowledge that they simply were in error, and apologize. They are rude to patients and disrespectful of the Doctors that write the prescriptions. They may be a pharm. D. but they are not a prescribing doctor . I only came back because I felt forced to and again was disrespected.
Great service for 10 years
they were to slow not enough employes and in the parmacy . I drop two perscriots off they tolde that 20 turn into 35 more, and hour and a half I finally got my meds. if this is the way they run a business then they need to shut the doors. it was ridiculous
They are too slow!!!! I feel customer service is very important.

Tiffany and Iris are amazing and I can't thank them enough for their help!!! However due to the unprofessionalism of the Pharmacist Haleena I won't be coming back. You do not make snide comments about a patient and their medications in ear shot of the patient ever!!!
Well what can we say other than THANK YOU!!! My sister and I have been stuck at Jackson Madison hospital for 4 days with our mother in ICU. While we were here a snow/ice storm hit. So today day 4 we finally got out and were able to get to your Walgreens! The roads are horrible icy! So was the parking lot of your store. When we pulled in and started to get out, and amazing man who was shoveling came running over to help us walk in the ice, and escorted us to the store. It took four hours to get a prescription filled, would rate 0 if it was possible.
