I went there to get a flu shot and waited over half an hour, with only two customers ahead of me. I expressed my concern and frustration and the young lady was disinterested and rude. I am writing to corporate as well. I will never be back there again.
I’ve had a disappointing experience with Walgreens-branded medications — they didn’t seem to have any real effect. I’d suggest checking your products (like hair dye, etc.) right after purchase and keeping your receipts, just in case you need to return them.
If I receive excellent service- I want to tell EVERYONE about it! But if I don't, I don't write anything. I understand that some one or work-shift or Brand could be having a bad day or a bad hour or whatever. I'm really not into writing negative reviews. BUT THIS WALGREENS IS ALWAYS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE! I always receive the best service whether I'm shopping in the store or getting meds at the pharmacy.
