I decided to try Walgreen’s photo station to surprise my mother with a photo book because they had same day pick up. Estimated completion time was 8:08pm according to the website. Pharmacy people are scum, walked in the store at 8:57pm last sec i know! Still with in store hrs. They already have doors closed, asked for help at the front desk from a very nice girl, she did her best. Lazy ass shitbag behind the counter wouldn't give me the allergy pill i need desperately. I will never give this location another cent. Worst custmer service in the town of raymond.
Walgreens screwed up my script last week. They gave me the wrong test strips, same brand different type. They took my screwed up script back, said I could pick up new in 1 hour. It's been a week and they have to order them? I am allowed x amount per year for scripts, so that 200 my insurance paid went towards my deductible and if they don't fix it Medicare won't let me have more. I'm furious and everyone thinks I'm overreacting. The app does not work at all. And this is not the first time they have messed up my meds
Helpful and friendly. And they have a coupon book dor customers at the beauty counter. They also carry ethnic hair products unlike Rite Aid just across the street.
