Wait times are about an hour long. Drive thru window and pharmacy were closed before schedules ours. Wouldn’t recommend it.
Rude service from the people trying to help you when in need. The Asian man with the glasses very rude and not very personal for a job working with people. Then the Arab worker lady told my mom “you can’t get your medicine, how do we know you can afford it” please Walgreens this isn’t the kind of people who need to be working the Pharmacy. We need people with empathy me compassion and true love for people
The automated system is garbage, and the phones don't connect right, BUT, if you go in, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Even going in upset, they stayed calm and helped me through the situation. Thank you!
I’m switching pharmacies. Not that I want to, but because service has been consistently bad for several years now, I have to. After requesting medication, I was notified it was filled. Upon arrival, I was told they need another day. Returned the next day and was told another day was needed. After having some stern words with the pharmacist about being reactive instead of proactive in making sure medications stay in stock, he stated he actually has the medication and will fill.
