Absolutely terrible pharmacy. The basic knowledge of customer service is completely lost here. Make sure you get the correct amount they're charging your card because they love to give you one price quote and then charge your card for a much higher amount. It's really fun when they try to run a huge amount over and over and end up locking your bank account. The girl literally locked up 4 cards. Thank God our fraud deduction caught the transactions. Waiting for a rx and hear girl saying that she feels like telling people if they don't like the wait they can go somewhere else and that when a person comes up to see if their rx is ready sometimes she feels like telling them no even if it is. Maybe if they let people know that their rx is ready they wouldn't have to ask.I said that I would wait but they never let me know that it was ready, found put after waiting for 1/2 hour. Last time I shop here for anything!
Great Pharmacy service from Tech's and Pharmacy.
Walgreens provided some very good service when I filled, for the first time, a prescription for insulin and syringes. The staff at the pharmacy called my vet to get more information while I waited, and then told me about the pet Rx membership they offer at $20 year; I signed up and it saved me lots of money! I also got my flu shot while I was there, and the staff member gave me some extra counseling on how to administer the shot for my dog. Drug addict working in pharmacy beware. Missing 15 pills out of 30 but it was counted twice! They will not do anything about it!
