Worst pharmacy in Germantown. No one ever answers the phone or if they do they put you on hold for 30 minutes. You also will get a call from a pharmacist telling you your prescription is ready then go to pick it up and they tell you it’s out of stock and they have to order it for you. Absolute ridiculous. So many people including me have problems with this pharmacy all the time.

This pharmacy used to have some employees with intelligence working there, but I guess they have moved on. Now, the day that my prescription is filled (days to a week after request), the pharmacy staffs uses valuable time calling me 3-5 times a day until I answer. I guess me having a job or other life events during their business hours shouldn't hinder me from being able to answer their call on their time. They do not leave a voicemail when they call either.
