Have never been to a pharmacy that confirms that they received a prescription but they can’t fill it until you appear and to come back to get it in a few hours. Why was this not a phone call???Furthermore, they have no visible hours of operation posted anywhere, you can’t hear a word that the pharmacist mumbles through the drive thru phone, they took my debit card and held it for well over 5 minutes, and they’re just flat out rude! I’ve had consistently terrible experiences at this Walgreens pharmacy. The service is extremely slow, and no one ever answers the phone no matter how many times you call. When you finally do speak to someone in person, the customer service is unacceptable. The pharmacist comes across as rude, unprofessional, and clearly unhappy to be there.
