Have never been to a pharmacy that confirms that they received a prescription but they can’t fill it until you appear and to come back to get it in a few hours. Why was this not a phone call???Furthermore, they have no visible hours of operation posted anywhere, you can’t hear a word that the pharmacist mumbles through the drive thru phone, they took my debit card and held it for well over 5 minutes, and they’re just flat out rude! I’ve had consistently terrible experiences at this Walgreens pharmacy. The service is extremely slow, and no one ever answers the phone no matter how many times you call. When you finally do speak to someone in person, the customer service is unacceptable. The pharmacist comes across as rude, unprofessional, and clearly unhappy to be there. Very friendly staff Easy and Simple Check IN Puck Up Time is usually 3 to 5 minutes
Staff is nice but it is the slowest pharmacy in houston. I go to cvs give my name; dob , they get the bag im handed my prescription and gone. I have no idea what they are doing here. Its ridiculous. Its at least 10-20 mins per car every single time. And there's no excuse for this. Either hire more ppl or find a better more efficient way to do this. Its ridiculous.
