This location is completely incompetent. I am taking life saving medications and regularly when I place the order for my refills of the meds that MUST be taken together they only give me one of the items which then causes me to be unable to take my medication and also throws off the refill dates on the medication at the time I am writing this review I am 20 days off my medication only to pick it up and still be missing 2 of the four medications needed which will throw me off yet again... awful pharmacy staff! just left a message with corporate. they basically were condensending and rude. I cancelled my prescription and sent it over to CVS. I will never step foot in this place.
The drive through Pharmacy failed, almost 1/2 hour before someone came to the window. Every 10 minutes "may I help you?" Automated reply was in place. I watched them serve the customers inside through the window. Medicine will not be available until tomorrow. Really?
I visit this store very regularly. The cashiers are super friendly and helpful. Especially the morning crew.
The worst pharmacy ever. These people are a bunch of thieves. They filled a prescription for me and charged me 100% more than their store in Matteson IL which is only 2 miles away. When brought to the corporate headquarters and store manager's attention I was told prices vary from store to store because of lots. What a bunch of BS. I was told I accepted the price when I picked up the prescription, but they already put it through insurance 8 hours before I picked it up making it impossible for me to get it anywhere else.
