They will not pick up the phone. Don’t even tell you to hold on. Just keep putting back on hold. Horrible service. Extremely disappointed in the atrocious customer service. Waiting on hold for 12 mins before they just hung up on me. Now back on hold on the phone. Absurd bc I will have to drive up and make them talk to me.
Why are there 2 locations at the same spot on the map. One says it is closed and the other says it is open. Very confusing.
I take care of my mom who is a senior. She started picking up her medication here and getting vaccinations when needed, but it seems like you are bothering them every time you go here and it's hard communicating with some of the employees. We now go to another location to get her meds or medical needs. If I have such need for these things I'll be going elsewhere as well. I hope they can get better because this is the closest on to my home.
The worst experience ever. The staff is extremely rude and if you go through the drive through prepare to wait at least 20 minutes before they even acknowledge you.
