Not only is the pharmacist unprofessional but the customer service is going down hill(maybe it’s a trickle down effect because the pharmacist is sooo bad at her job) today I pulled through the drive thru to pick up a refill that my doctor had electronically put in at around 830 and it was 925. So the tech says well we just opened 25 minutes ago and I just got it so it will be 15-20 min. The store is a great store, been going there since they opened the doors. The only problem with this store is the man Paul Witt who runs the pharmacy.He thinks he is Dr. Marcus Welby. I think he wanted to be a doctor but failed. He tries to tell customers what they need and our doctors don't know what they are doing. Has anyone had problems with this man. I am ready to start going some wheres else because of him. I love the store and the employees who work there, they are great and friendly, but this man is a big jerk.......... read more
