Today I waited for 59 minutes on the phone for a pharmacist. When the pharmacist got on, she hung up on me. So I went to the store and was told by the pharmacist on duty that she "would never hang up intentionally". The who pharmacy staff is new. They have always been overworked, and now they are incompetent. My Wegovy is never in stock. It takes numerous attempt to fill it.
