Today it took me 3 trips in an attempt to get my sons prescription and on the last attempt they finally let me know there was an issue with my insurance and the medication had to be ordered differently to be covered. When I asked the tech if she could call she proceeded to stare at me like I asked her an absurd question so I took it upon myself to call my doctor to have it changed. My sons antibiotic was called in at 2:30pm on a Wednesday. At 4:30pm I went to pick it up, two hours later, the woman said give us a few minutes and we will have that for you, we are working on it now. So I said ok and started to wait in the drive through line with nobody behind me, only a few minutes no big deal.
