Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The pharmacy tech, along with the pharmacist and the store manager, refusing to fill an prescription for personal reasons. The tech screamed at my husband then gets offended when my husband yells back. She continues to look at us with the most hateful look and store manager replies "well not everybody gets over things as quickly as you do" when we pointed her looks out. They lied, changed the story several times as to why they weren't giving us the medicine... ke... read more
The people who work here are full of incompetence and they will waste your time. When does a manager not be present on a Saturday? And who has the damn key to the propane cage?
Worst customer service at the Pharmacy....... Unable to apologize for their awful service and my luck it was the pharmacy manager who helped me. I'll be getting my prescriptions filled at Target. Would rather drive 4 miles and pay more than drive around the corner to go into this Walgreens.
