I walked around there for 5 minutes only person that actually work there was at the cash register there was no other employees in the aisles whatsoever I couldn't find the two items and I walked around and I walked right out the front door because the cashier was inundated with the other five people that were in the store so six people in the store and if you don't know where something is you can't get help poor customer service poor management
Worst customer service ever! Thought I’d use my waiting time wisely while in Kennewick and edit and print photos. Waited for over 20 minutes to be helped and the cranky employee did absolutely nothing to get the photo machine up and running. Never will I ever be back and please Walgreens hire knowledgeable employees with s willingness to help customers!!!!
I really like Walgreens but the wait time at the pharmacy here gets longer and longer. Don't count on being able to quickly pick up a prescription on the way to someplace else. Be ready to invest at least 20 minutes
Just dealt with the rudest Hispanic lady at the pharmacy when I was with my dad (who just had open heart surgery 9 days ago) Telling us that "the customer is never right", practically yelling at us because we didn't know the law that "just changed last October". Will NEVER go in to a Walgreens again.
Stupid out of date photo lab makes you down load the pictures twice which has been a extra 20 minutes just to get pictures loaded so I can be here another 30 trying to get them printed Save your self the headache go some where else
