Went to Walgreens today and met with Cashier Whittemoore. I thought he was a condescending jerk. He took my coupons for the All/Tide detergent and read it aloud to someone out in the parking lot!!! Not sure why he was so loud. I felt put off by this. He refused them. Told me it wasn't the right one. Told him, how about you scan them. It was accepted. Then he whispers, I'll take it this time. Walgreens as a whole is ok but the NP that did my health assessment yesterday sucked. I brought a voucher that should've been free and I still got stuck paying. She also just didn't look like she wanted to help or answer questions. She was very stand offish
Awful nurse in the healthcare clinic. She seemed half awake and out of it. Also, she told me I should be ok to work today and I'm sicker! I can barely talk and now I am all sorts of congested and phlegm-y. Huge waste of $109 and my time. I'll have to go somewhere else and pay again. Also, the good RX app does not seem to work at this Walgreens. I attempted to use it for a refill on my daily allergy medicine and it wouldn't take anything off. Have to go to another Walgreens to get that done. Pharmacy staff was nice, though.
Best beauty department staff and the consultants are the best .
Pharmacy is not helpful at all. Suggestion is for me to drive from store to store rather then offer to order meds I need. Terrible customer service.
