Every time I call I am put on hold without an explanation. They just pick up the phone, don’t say anything and put you on hold. Average wait time is 15 min on hold. Their AI assistant cannot check for medication stock so you have to speak with a person at the pharmacy. They need a better process.
We needed a number of vaccinations for a forthcoming extended trip. We were able to schedule all of them at this location. The staff was friendly and helpful answering our questions. Plus, I never cried even once.
AWFUL PHARMACIST. Very rude. Would not REFILL my prescription even with approval from my insurance and a new legitimate script from the same and original doctor whom I've been seeing for over 15 years..This is the second time this pharmacist has decided to play doctor and override all those whom are obviously higher educated. Its unfortunate and hopefully in the near future, she will hold judgments and racism. God bless her. The best pharmacy is FRY'S PHARMACY. Thank you, Diana Corral
