I'm very dissatisfied with Walgreen's store not enforcing the face mask ordinance for our city. Every store in the complex where this store is located has posts staying all customers must wear a face mask. when we inquired why they were not enforcing this ordinance they claim thier corporate office has told them to ignore the ordinance and not enforce it. I will no longer be spending my money at my local Walgreens even though it's around the corner from me. You lost me as a customer.
we went in about 7:30 this morning for flu shots. no one in line, service was friendly and quick. Maybe it was just a timing thing but it was quick and easy.
I am not sure if the majority of the technician's at this location are just lazy, or new... but get it together or hire people that are willing to do the job duties that includes costumer service. Unacceptable to make someone wait (6) days only to be told their RX is out of stock, and then not even order it, nor see if any of the surrounding stores have it available.
Promised medication for 6:30pm pickup...went to pick up at 7:30pm but asked for additional 30 minutes....still no medication at 9:30pm.
very poor customer service they told me my prescription would be ready in twnety minutes drove there an hour later and it still was not filled.lots of techs and two pharmacist and they still behind i wont be back sticking with CVS.
Worst pharmacy ever. Stood on line for 20 minutes, got to the counter finally and the pharmacist tells me he cant help me find a medication OTC because there were other people on line and he was too busy. Then he proceeds to leave the counter to flirt with the young girl stocking shelves. He gives some "tech" the job of helping me and she could barely read. She had no idea what to tell me and told me so. I left the store 1/2 hour later with no meds.
Awful customer service. Pharmacy takes forever and there's no one there! Prices are outrageous and ridiculous.
Worst customer service ever!!! Long lines, nasty attitudes, and terrible overall customer service.
