It really saddens me to have to make this status but I have to tell you all about my awful experience at the Walgreens on Central Pike in Hermitage (Store #5563) 🙄 Mind you, I am a frequent shopper there. I go there at least once a week, but that’s besides the point. So I am shopping and end up with my hands full when I realize I forgot that I needed to purchase a couple more items. This is the worst Walgreens store in Hermitage Tennessee on Central Pike that I've ever been to every time I go in there I have to wait in a line a mile long because the person that's running the register can't ring up beer because they're not 21 how retarded is that
Just lost a valued customer, was told my 2 prescriptions would be ready in 1.5 hr and I would receive a text, 2.5 hrs later I recieved automatic voice message saying my prescriptions are ready, leave home stop at to pick a few items up first then arrive at Walgreens to pick up prescriptions wait 15 mins at drive thru then decide to go in wait another 10 mins and when I finally get to the counter you only have 1 of the 2 prescriptions ready and I will have to wait at least 30 more mins for the other after its been 4 hours alr... read more
