The app says they have Lysol I go there first person in line and they said there’s none. Other your app is lying or the associates are. I give this Walgreens two thumbs down and your app as well.
I am writing about the store on 67th & Stony Island in Chicago, IL. I sent a refill request by mobile for 3 medicines on yesterday. My mother picked up my order sans two medicines. The app had a notification to call in. I have spent two phone calls totalling 42 minutes this morning, the both being unceremoniously hung up on both times. This is not my first experience like this, with this staff. They do not communicate well any issues and don't follow company protocal as to customer service.
