Always busy , but good staff and helpful Pharmacist make up for the busy wait
Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Long lines, not filling prescriptions promptly, full of excuses. It’s time to find a new pharmacy that cares about their customers. I’ve waited on phone hold over 50 minutes numerous times just to see if my prescriptions are ready. They never are. Sad.
I loved it. I like their medication bottles because it's easy for arthritis person to open it. Unfortunately, I had to move to a pharmacy closer to home. I am going to miss Walgreens.
Visiting from out of town have a migraine. It’s very miserable being in that much pain and being sick. For whatever reason as the four people I have spoken with give me some scripted non answer of when my medication might be available we are going on 24 hours with no relief in site. They are not that busy and the scripted answer is used for all questions: is it in stock, do you know when it might be filled, it’s been several hours do I need to have it transferred to another pharmacy…we’ll see what today brings…
