Michelle saved the day! Somehow, I messed up my picture order and michelle was super helpful and reprinted my pictures and got them to me less than 10 minutes. I know that's probably because she wasn't super busy.Doing other things, but I really applaud her for stepping up and giving me help because I was trying to do a last minute christmas gift.Thank you so so much.
I honestly should’ve recorded this entire interaction after reading the reviews before picking up or should I say dropping off one of my prescriptions because it couldn’t be called in. I went to the pharmacy back during Covid and remembered it being a little poor with customer service, but I also knew that it was Covid, and that put a lot of of people on edge no matter what industry they were in so I gave it some grace.
