I am staying in Houston with my grandchildren and ran out of my medicine. Took it here and my prescription was filled in 15 minutes. Staff was polite and efficient.

Pharmacy canceled my prescription in error. I came up on Wednesday, and they apologized and promised it would be ready on Thursday by 2pm. I called and spoke to pharmacist on Thursday around 10am and she assured me it would be ready by 2pm. I came up at 4pm and helper was very rude said it wasn't here and won't be available until Friday. I let her know I'd spoken to pharmacist this morning and she was very dismissive with me. Where do I begin? They used to be very good here but for the past year the pharmacy is always short-handed, lines are excessively long and ridiculously slow moving both at the pharmacy register and at the drive-through, forget about calling in to check on you meds you will be on hold for excessive amounts of time most of the time and their automated system is just not very accurate. I have been coming here for years, it is right by my house but today I decided I will move my meds somewhere else, it's just not worth standing ... read more
