Absolutely the worst pharmacy but unfortunately it's the closest to home so I keep using it. Medications are always out of stock, they don't let you know when it's back in stock, most, not all, of the employees are rude, the line is always long & sometimes the drive thru is closed because they are short staffed. Once I called to check on a prescription & they kept answering & hanging up on me. I drove up there & while standing in line I saw the pharmacist telling a tech to hang up on people who were calling.

Worst pharmacy ever... when i think of picking up my meds here I just absolutely dread it. The line is always long because each person that comes through window has to i guess has to get a mandatory consult even if they don't ask for it. If people had questions about their meds I suppose they would ask. In addition, some meds have to be shipped in from Dallas. Everytime! I went without my meds for 3 days because if it. Yesterday I bought a Walgreens high blood pressure monitor for $49. When I tested it, my blood pressure reading was very high, 161/113 so I took it home to compare with the one I have. More than 20 point of difference between both. Came today to return it but lost the receipt. The manager didn't accept the return without the receipt. I asked her if she was able to look in the system using the credit card I paid and she denied it. I left the blood pressure monitor over the counter. I am staying in Houston with my grandchildren and ran out of my medicine. Took it here and my prescription was filled in 15 minutes. Staff was polite and efficient.
