Slow service took over 1 hour to get my kids meds and it was just a tube of ointment. I mean what in the hell its a 24 hour pharmacy for a reason and then they don’t have the staff to do the job.

This place is a joke. I went in last Monday to drop off five prescriptions. One had to be filled as a partial, 15/24. Then I start getting emails from them saying they have to contact my doctor to authorize the "refill". My husband went yesterday and picked up the remaining 9/24 and today they call and email me again saying they have to get "refill" approval from my doctor. I just got off the phone with a snotty young lady after I decided to call and get this mess fixed and she says "well excuse me". Great customer service t... read more

Don't tell people to come back in an hour, when three hours later, their prescriptions aren't ready.

Incredibly poor customer service. Expect to wait up to three hours for a basic prescription filled. Still horrible service. Wish there were zero stars. Plus they have no desire to improve or take feedback. Or follow through on what they say on timing. Expect to be disappointed.

I dropped a prescription for a compounding medication. After two days I called to check whether it is ready for pick up. Guess what, I was told that they cannot prepare the medication at this location despite the fact that before dropping the prescription I was told that they can. Now it is weekend and all other compounding pharmacies are closed. I was told that the guy responsible for the compounding medications called me. Went to this location for a flu shot. I was the only person there for the flu shot and had been waiting already 30 minutes with no one available to help me. When I went up to the counter and told the clerk that I had been waiting long enough and needed to cancel my flu shot I then had to deal with their rude Immunization Specialist Shaquita" . Very poor customer service and very unprofessional employees.
