Hard to overstate how poorly run the pharmacy is. I've been through many rounds w them of being asked to come back when something's back in stock, showing up the day & time they say, & they still won't have it. This happened 5 times for a common eczema cream, & I never got it. Every time I've gone in, someone is having the same issue. Pharmacy is TERRIBLE. puts you on hold for 20 min to check if something's in stock. Just to hang up on you after you wait for 20 min. And this happens all the time. They don't realize they stress customers out doing this. Awful
Short staffed again. Eight people are waiting. Plus, Dr called in my prescription almost 2 hrs ago, and still not ready.
