Sophie is rude and lacks empathy for people on daily medication. I dont care about the Texas Board when ya'll continue to fail to provide DAILY medications at the time of refill and get it to me A WEEK LATE. Walgreens Pharmacy closes at 5pm on Saturday. I arrived at 4:49pm, there was two cars in front of me and no one behind. The car infront of me pulled off at 5:01. I pulled up and no one acknowledged it was even there. They left even though I was waiting in-line.
