Wait times are always really long. Friday I was the only person in the drive thru and I waited for 10 minutes after they acknowledged me... only to see one person inside at the counter and the others standing around laughing. I just drove off. I've been hung up on, tolerated rude staff on the phone and at this store. Seriously considering Walmart or CVS.

Wait times can be long & I have had a few techs be not the friendliest, but the pharmacist Jason is so kind. It is rare to find such a compassionate, friendly, pharmacist in this state! Whenever I have any questions or concerns I talk to him directly and he is the best pharmacist I have encountered since moving from OH. The fact that he runs this pharmacy makes the wait times and the little bit of an extra drive worth it for me.
