After a number of encounters with one particular pharmacist at the Stone Oak and Evans location it is evident there is a lack of accountability within this Pharmacy department. General customer service and professionalism is not exhibited by this Pharmacist and it is my hope by posting this that whom ever her clinical/ administrative director is: (1) contact me and (2) impose some sort of reprimand.
