While the employees are friendly and clearly work hard, this pharmacy has turned into a nightmare. My wife required a refill of an ongoing medication and requested it 2 weeks ago and keeps getting a message that it is not there but on order. Well now she is about the run out and has been on hold for 3 hours so far just to find out if she needs to find an alternative! Everytime i go to this location i have issues with their pharmacy. 0/5 do not go here for pharmacy.
On hold waiting to talk to the pharmacist for just shy of an hour and sat with no one ahead of me in the hold que for 15 minutes of that. Finally hung up after it passed into their lunch period with no announcement about how it would be an hour wait due to them closing for lunch. Tried to call back and talk to a manager later the same day. I had someone answer "Walgreens, please hold." 3 separate times before hanging up on me when it wrang the 4th time!
