Since acquiring all of Rite-Aid’s pharmacy customers, it has been an ABSOLUTE nightmare getting prescriptions refilled. Sat on the phone for an HOUR to speak with someone in the pharmacy only to have my call accidentally disconnected. The wait times are unbearable, and going in person hasn’t been any better. I’ve been a loyal pharmacy customer for years, but this experience has me switching to another provider. Walgreens corporate should have anticipated the demand and addressed staffing shortages before taking this on.

Im curious how this Walgreens pharmacy is even open. The inability to even answer the phone amazes me. Over 2hrs on hold just to be hung up on is a bit excessive. This isn't a one time issue its every time. Then they can't seem to update insurance after telling me it needs to be updated. Friendly staff or not not they need help and to be supported to be able to provide a decent level of customer service.
