This pharmacy is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The lines at store and drive through are sooooo long, they are so often on break, they do not answer calls and hang up on you after you have been waiting on hold for long time. I needed a medication before vacation and ordered ti. They cancelled it without telling me. I saw that it had been canceled and put it through myself online. He next day it was cancelled again. I've been using Walgreens pharmacy since moving to Crestwood 10 years ago. (Besides their drive through being closed because pharmacist never seemed to be on duty no matter what time of day I went to pick up scripts...bad timing on my part) I have never had a problem with any of the staff either in person or on b the phone. No problems at all!!
They inconvenience me with no pharmacist on site., during business hours and not meal bresk time. Also if they are open til 8 pm.they will.close before 8.pm. Rubbish.
