I’m currently on hold with the pharmacy for over 30 minutes. They keep picking up the phone and putting me back on hold. If I could, I would drive over and slap someone.
This pharmacy sucks and easily takes 45 minutes out of my life upon each visit with no line, no customers ahead of me at all. It's the bain of my existance. They should close down the drive through, it's the slowest service, so why even offer it.
I've submitted the same prescription to be filled on 2 seperate occasions where I was charged a full copay for half and demanded I pay another copay for the remainder of my 30 day supply because they didn't order my medication and have it in stock. I have to call my insurance company to demand they call this Walgreens to give me a refund on the half fill and not charge me a double copay for a 30 day supply. This practice is illegal.
