This branch is a joke, and has gotten worse as time as gone on. I used them for years for photos but I'm finally done. Their app is a waste of time. I send my photos, get my confirmation in my email, go in to pick them up TWO hours later and I'm told they don't have my order. Leave and an hour later (3 hours after order was placed) get notified that they finally have my order. DAYS later we finally go to pick them up and the clerk tells us they "disappeared".
