I went to Walgreens in New Hartford, NY today. I had three people attempt to put my insurance information in, they couldnt. all while promising that any minute some girl was getting off her lunch that could. I understood, not a big deal... till it had been over an hour and no one was helping me. Then people were walking in to get flu shots and getting help instead of me. still here....still pissed. I would most definitely not reccomend getting your flu shot there.
Thank you to the Pharmacist who helped us out today. We are visiting from out of state and my husband left the needles for his diabetic pen at home. They were able to help us and went, in our eyes, above and beyond. Wish we had Walgreens in MA.
