They have always been professional and courteous.
If I could give negative stars I would. Pharmacist straight up refused to fill my prescription after she has been refilling it for months. Gave me an excuse of "by law we are not allowed...etc", I called another pharmacy to ask if they could fill my prescriptions, he gladly accepted it and told me she has a right to refuse to fill it. Don't know what I did to that pharmacist, but her and the staff need to get their attitudes in check. Takes forever to fill prescriptions, they will lie to your face about not having the script... read more
Under staffed and takes way to long to get scripts filled.
I wouldnt recommend this store this store it's so bad the costumer service is sooo bad! Im not giving them a 1 star give them a 0 star! The employees lie about what position they are. They tell you they are the pharmacist when they are not in a white jacket and doesn't even not even close look like a pharmacist. They are always saying medicine be ready in 20 minutes then tell u come bk hours later or next day and they are extremely rude. I rather go to a simple small pharmacy that has lesser hours and deal with polite costum... read more
I was told my daughters allergy medicine wouldn’t be ready for 30 more minutes after filling it 45 minutes prior. So I left and went all the way back home just for them to call back and tell me it was ready 10 minutes later. Wow. Pretty sorry service
